This is Ultima-Win, a stanozolol injectable preparation manufactured by Ultima Pharmaceuticals.
Injectable stanozolol is a water-based suspension of a DHT-derived anabolic that does not aromatise and is still 17-alpha-alkylated despite being injected. It is used in cutting phases and by strength athletes for the dry, hard look it produces without water retention.
